These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website aricia.in and any purchase you make from it (together, the "Services"), operated by Aricia ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

2. Products, descriptions and images

We make every effort to display our products, colours and specifications accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product availability is not guaranteed and items may be discontinued or sold out at any time.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown on the product page in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where indicated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before your order is accepted. Payment is taken at the time you place your order through our secure payment providers; we do not store your full card details. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where an item is out of stock, a pricing or description error is found, or the order is suspected to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms. If we decline an order after payment, we refund it in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery of orders is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

6. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are valid only for the period and on the terms stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted. We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
